Legal Fee
We will offer three types of fee system for a foreign company in Japan.
1. Item by Item Fee
Decides the fee in advance depending on the complexity of the issue.
Especially for a litigation, a Japanese law firm tends to adopt this fee system.
2. Hourly Rate
40,000 JPY per hour. (calculate every 6 minute)
Hourly rate sysytem is not so clear to estimate the total fee in advance, because it depends on the ability and experiences of the attorney in charge.
Even though the hourly rate is low, if unexperienced lawyer works for the issue, the fee becomes much expensive.
In any case we are pleased to offer an estimate in advance.
3. Monthly Legal Adviser Fee
We would like to offer the legal adviser system.
(1) 100,000 JPY per month for 3 hours legal work
(2) 200,000 JPY per month for 6 to7 hours legal work
(3) 300,000 JPY per month for 10 hours legal work
We will provide many kinds of special treatments to a company which selects legal adviser system.
